- A user is anyone with an active seat — they create and manage projects, update work, and use the AI. Solo includes one user; Team includes up to eight.
- Are viewers and clients really free?
- Yes. Read-only viewers — clients and stakeholders who watch progress and read reports — are unlimited and free on every plan. You're only billed for the people doing the work.
- Do both plans have the same features?
- Yes — every plan includes the full feature set: AI intake, governance, Scrum, critical-path scheduling, and the report pack. Team simply adds more user seats plus a shared workspace and portfolio rollup.
- Can I change plans later?
- Anytime. Start on Solo and move to Team when you add people — no lock-in.
