This is a template for vendors contracting with Planquora/Nuronus. Specific engagements are governed by a signed order or master agreement.

This Vendor Agreement sets baseline terms for third parties that supply goods or services to Planquora. It applies when referenced in a signed order or statement of work.

Confidentiality

Vendors must protect our and our customers’ confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement.

Data protection

Vendors that process personal data on our behalf must comply with the Data Processing Agreement and applicable law, and use only approved subprocessors.

Security

Vendors must maintain reasonable security measures appropriate to the services and notify us promptly of any incident affecting our data.

Compliance

Vendors must comply with applicable laws, including anti-bribery and sanctions requirements.
