User Content Policy

This policy explains rights and responsibilities for content you create or upload (“User Content”).

Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us the limited license described in the Terms of Service to host and process it to run the Service.

Your responsibility

You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

AI processing

User Content used with AI features is sent to our AI subprocessor to generate responses, scoped to your workspace, and is not used to train shared models. AI output is treated as User Content, attributed to AI, and subject to human approval.

Removal

We may remove User Content that violates this policy, the AUP, or law, and will respond to valid takedown requests per the DMCA Policy.
