Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and governs paid plans. Note: paid billing is being rolled out; where checkout is not yet available, the free tier applies and these terms take effect when you subscribe.

1. Plans and practitioner seats

Planquora is priced per practitioner — the people who create and run projects (Owner and Admin roles). Team members and viewers (clients and stakeholders) are included at no charge. Plan tiers and prices are shown at planquora.com/pricing.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date, as described in the Cancellation Policy.

4. Seat changes

You may add practitioner seats at any time (prorated); reductions take effect at the next renewal. Adding or removing team members and viewers does not change your fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Suspension for non-payment

We may suspend access for failed or overdue payments after notice; your data is retained during a grace period per the Privacy Policy before deletion.
