Paid billing is being rolled out. This policy takes effect when paid subscriptions are available; today the free tier applies.
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Service.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated here. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
We may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund of the unused portion of an annual plan if requested within a reasonable time and where required by applicable consumer law.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
