End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs the license granted to you to use the Planquora software as a hosted service. It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal project-management purposes during your subscription.

2. Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed; or remove proprietary notices.

You may not use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark it for a competitor without our written consent.

3. Ownership

We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, designs, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

4. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.

5. Termination

This license ends when your subscription ends or upon breach. On termination you must stop using the Service.
