DMCA Policy

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material and its location; your contact information; a good-faith belief statement; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the corresponding statutory elements. We may restore the material if the complainant does not pursue legal action within the statutory period.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
