This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to everyone who uses Planquora. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Prohibited activity
- Unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent content or activity.
- Attempting to access another tenant’s data or otherwise breach isolation, authentication, or authorization controls.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without authorization (see the Responsible Disclosure Policy).
- Disrupting the Service: excessive automated requests, denial-of-service, or circumventing rate limits.
- Uploading malware, or using the Service to store or distribute it.
- Using AI features to generate unlawful content, to attempt to extract system instructions, or to process data you have no right to process.
- Reselling or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, suspension, or termination, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
